Michaela Lamdan holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master's degree in urban design from the department of architecture at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. Prior to joining the Mandel School for Educational Leadership, Michaela taught writing in the departments of architecture and external studies at Bezalel, developed cultural-poetry events for the municipalities of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, and prepared students for matriculation at the Ankori High School and Ort Jerusalem. In addition to her poetry – which has won two awards – Michaela has extensive experience in teaching literature and creative writing, text editing, and leading cultural initiatives. Her responsibilities at the Mandel School for Educational Leadership include developing written products from her work in curricular and pedagogical development and integrating those products into the teaching and learning culture of the School and the Mandel community.
