Dr. Neta Sher-Hadar is a lecturer in public policy and administration and oversees policy studies at the Mandel School for Educational Leadership. She is also responsible for the school’s evaluation processes and for its intranet site, which supports its program of studies and facilitates extra-curricular learning. Her teaching and research fields include policy implementation, policy failures, policy analysis, public system reforms and public auditing. At the school, she is also engaged in researching the encounter between theory and practice in public policy. Sher-Hadar is the academic co-director of a research study in integrated governance at the Yaakov Chazan Center for Social Justice and Democracy at the Van Leer Institute in Jerusalem, and is also a member of the faculty of public policy and administration at Sapir Academic College.
